Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will resolve the problem as quickly as possible by offering a replacement or refund.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, the order may already be in processing and cannot be canceled.
