Shipping Information

At Elevra, we’re pleased to offer free shipping on all orders.

Order Processing Times

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after they are placed. During high-volume periods, holidays, or promotional events, processing may take up to 7 business days.

Once your order has been dispatched and handed to the shipping carrier, it is considered in transit to the shipping address provided at checkout.

Estimated Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been dispatched.

United States: 5–10 business days
Canada: 7–14 business days
United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
Australia: 7–14 business days
International / Worldwide: 10–20 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, weather, holidays, or other factors outside our control.

Order Changes and Shipping Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete shipping details may cause delays, failed delivery, or cancellation.

If you need to update your shipping details, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We will try to accommodate changes, but we cannot guarantee edits once processing has begun.

If we identify an issue with your shipping address, our support team may contact you for verification. If we do not receive a response in time, your order may be delayed or canceled.

Delayed Deliveries

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, some delays may occur for reasons outside our control, including:

  • carrier or transit disruptions

  • severe weather

  • customs clearance delays

  • address verification issues

  • payment review or processing issues

If your order is delayed, we will assist where possible and work with the carrier to help resolve the issue.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, or if it appears lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.

We recommend that customers also contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim when appropriate. While Elevra is not responsible for packages after they have been transferred to the carrier, we will do our best to assist in the investigation process.

Any replacement offered will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Lost or stolen packages may not be covered under our refund policy.
